Wednesday 9th December
Today we continued to investigate how materials can be changed, before identifying and classifying a range of everyday materials. Once we had confidently grouped our materials, we discussed the features (or properties) each group had. We worked really hard to improve our scientific vocabulary, using words such as: opaque, flexible, rigid and dull.

Today, we continued to strengthen our understanding of habitats, by exploring our meadow outside and finding a range of microhabitats! We loved finding all the different minibeasts, looking at features to describe, sort and classify them.
